Consent to the treatment of the personal data

The personal data are picked up with the finality to record the client and to activate the procedures for the execution of the contract and the relative necessary communications; such data are electronically essays in the respect of the laws in force and they can be exhibited only on application of the judicial authority or of other authorities for authorizing law. The party enjoys some rights of which to the art. 7 ds. lgs. 196/2003, and that's to ask confirmation of the existence of his/her own personal data to the head office of Nunquam s.a.s.; to know their origin, the logic and the finalities of their treatment; to get the updating, the rectification and the integration; to ask its cancellation, the transformation in anonymous form or the block in case of illegitimate treatment; to oppose to their treatment for legitimate motives or in the case of use of the data for dispatch of advertising material, commercial information, searches of market, of direct sale and of interactive commercial communication. The obtainment of the cancellation of his/her own personal data is subordinated to the dispatch of a written communication sent through fax (fax/number +39/0574/666712) or postal consignment to the head office of the company. Holder and owner to keep the personal data is Nunquam s.a.s. Via P. Ciotti, 3/A/1 59100 Tavola (PO) Italy, who guarantees that every information given for promotional use, it will be used in conformity to the Decree LGS. 196/2003. Company Nunquam s.a.s. communicates besides that to the senses of the decree Lgs. 196/2003 the consumers' data confirmed during the signature of the order of purchase and/or of the compilation of the invoice are excluded by the consent of the party in base to the obligations fiscal / tributary expectations from the law, from the rules and from the normative community and, in every case, to the final purpose to allow some obligations of the puchase/contract and/or for the acquisition of the necessary contractual informatives always and exclusively activated on application of this last one (art. 24. Lett. A and B, D. LGS. 196/2003).
