It's produced with 4 different cereals keeping attention to an old recipe found on an ancient book of a circus monk; it's an artisan beer not filtrated.
The label on the bottle shows the image of Egyptian divinity Nut, patron of sky during her night journey catching the God of sun Ra after sunset to give birth again to him at dawn.
Style: artisan Ale, double malt, multicereals.
Fermentation: high, with natural re-fermentation into bottle.
Colour: acacia honey, yellow.
Aspect: lightly opalescent with fine perlage and compact froth.
Texture: medium bodied, balanced and lively.
Flavours: citron and lime with mature banana and pineapple at the end.
Tastes: complex and fruity with remarks of apple, toasted bread and finally rhubarb and hop.
Alcohol content: 6,5%
To be served at a temperature of: 6° C.
Combinations: as aperitif but suggested also for starters, raw artichoke and Parmesan, whipped risotto, vegetable soups, asparagus and eggs, fish into oven, fresh and medium matured cheeses, beef fillet or pizza.
