The Chardonnay, grew innovatively from this company in Montecarlo/Lucca, have to be harvested grapes in advance at end of August. The marcs, got dividing the flower-must, go immediately into distillery. This grappa has a crystal white colour with fruity flavours and warm, full and soft taste. Alcohol content: 43%.
