Cerasello '11 Tuscan Rosé Igt WANDANNA l.0,5
After pressing there is a fermentation with marcs of only 24 hours. Then marc is separated with a soft membrane-press and the must continues its fermentation for other 9 days at a temperature of 16-18°. The wine has a bright rosé colour with floral flavours and a fresh and fruity taste. Alcohol content: 12,5%.
It's good to be tasted with "charcuterie by Cinta Senese".
