Beans Cocco Bianco from "Spello" by organic agriculture gr.500 CUORE VERDE

A bean not well known but of high value and for the best gourmand. "Cocco Bianco" is a very tasty bean and with a very, very thin hull, right for any classical cooking (exquisite recipe is beans "all'uccelletto" !) or for soup (like "vellutata").
